Early Life & Education
Personal injury attorney, Brian McCullough, was born in Baton Rouge and raised in the large metropolitan area of Atlanta, Georgia. Feeling the call of home, McCullough returned to Louisiana to attend college at
Louisiana State University. After getting his undergraduate degree at LSU, he went across the lake to New Orleans to get his law degree at
Loyola University Law School. After graduating, McCullough immediately started his journey navigating the ins and outs of the legal system.
Fresh out of law school, McCullough began is career at the Louisiana Department of Justice, working for the Office of the Attorney General. He was obviously successful in this endeavor, as he has continued to grow his legal career ever since.
Licensed and working in Louisiana, Brian McCullough defines his practice specialty as personal injury law and complex litigation. Every time he and his
team are able to make an insurance company to take responsibilty and help the people that were harmed is a
success in his eyes, no matter the situation or how lucrative the case is. He's clearly in it for the people, and our
clients can attest to that!
Every time this team causes an insurance company to treat an injured person fairly is a big win, in my book.
Career at Murphy Law Firm
Though every win counts in McCullough's book, his biggest win at Murphy Law Firm was quite a feat!
A three-week jury trial in January 2021 led to an $18.9 million jury verdict. The whole team came together under Peyton Murphy's leadership and direction to secure a fair and just result for our injured client and his family.
Community Involvement
"My time in youth sports provides an opportunity for our area youth to experience growth through teamwork and understanding of what it takes to succeed in sports, society, future careers and life. I also stay involved with a number of various causes especially Alzheimer's and dementia awareness."
Outside the Office
"I am passionate about youth sports. I've spent several years coaching in youth sports affording myself the opportunity to provide mentorship to our area youth. I am also passionate about spending time with my family and cooking large meals for gatherings."
